Fee for Lost/Stolen Metro Transit Pass

Instructions for replacing lost or stolen cards:

  • Pay fee of $5 for registered card replacement or $10 for unregistered card replacement by clicking "Add to Cart" and filling out the form (there is an option later to add $5 or $10).
  • When paying for the fee, make sure you enter the account number correctly, otherwise there will be an additional $35 processing fee.
  • Once you have submitted your payment, please forward your emailed receipt to infocenter@stkate.edu to validate payment. Or, print your receipt to take with you to pick up your replacement pass.
  • Visit the Information Center in the Coeur de Catherine, second level, Room 260 to pick up your new pass. A valid St. Kate’s ID will be required to pick up your pass.
  • Register your pass with Metro Transit at metrotransit.org. Metro Transit policy states that the pass can be replaced if defective or lost, as long as the pass is registered.
  • The North Star Commuter Trail is not included with the College Pass. Therefore, additional money will need to be added to the card to use this trail system.
  • Important: Keep the bus pass away from credit cards and electronic devices since it can be deactivated.

  • Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
