The Student Center and Activities office provides outside vendors the opportunity to reserve tables within the Coeur de Catherine Student Center at St. Catherine University for a fee of $50/day (paid via credit card). Outside vendors must submit completed reservation request forms to Ellen Bakke at embakke714@stkate.edu. Then, payment is to be made on Marketplace to finalize the reservation. Please refer to these guidelines (outlined additionally on the Outside Vendor Request form) below before payment:
Your Reservation
· Outside Vendor reservations requests can be made by contacting Ellen Bakke, the Assistant Director—Student Center & Activities at 651.690.6211 or embakke714@stkate.edu.
· Reservations are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.
· Reservations do not guarantee a specific table.
· Tables are reserved during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday and on CFA Saturdays when approved by the Assistant Director.
· Only service animals are allowed in the Coeur de Catherine; no other animals may be in our building.
· Advertising in our building is limited to St. Kate’s clubs and departments. Outside Vendors are not allowed to leave fliers or ads on our boards or request publicity options from the Student Center and Activities.
· The university reserves the right to deny any vendor a table.
Your Payment
· $50 fee, paid by credit card, is due before tabling each time.
Your Table
· Do not move or rotate your table or drape items on the railings behind the table.
· Stay by your table and allow people to come to you. Please do not approach people in regards to your tabling purpose or attempt to hail them to your table.
· Do not bring extra tables into the building. Each vendor receives one table. The only time a second table may be used is if the table directly next to your table is not reserved for that day.
Your Signs
· Please bring an easel to hold a larger sign; no tape, push pins, or staples can be used for signage.
Our Staff
· Student Workers who work with you regarding this table reservation are very important to us. Please treat them with respect.
Clean Up
· Please clean off your table before you leave. Any items that remain after your reservation will be discarded.
