Public Safety offers replacement IDs for a $15 fee per replacement via check or credit card. Once an ID card is printed, refunds will not be given. Community members needing a new card due to a name change will not be charged for a new ID card.
To pay by check, visit Public Safety, CDC 103. Make checks payable to "St. Catherine University."
To pay by credit card, complete the transaction here. Once you have paid, visit the Public Safety office (CDC 103) with your payment confirmation email to have your new ID printed and issued.
For Clinical ID Replacement Requests - Replacement requests should be made through academic program faculty ONLY via the Clinical ID request process. Clinical IDs can be purchased by check or credit card payment collected here. Once you receive confirmation that your replacement Clinical ID is ready, visit the Public Safety office with your payment confirmation email to receive your ID.
